  • 1 3 Ounces package, packaged vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 Tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 Whole egg
  • 0.5 Cups milk
  • 2.5 Cups canned sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 8 Ounces package cream cheese
  • 0.5 Cups white sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon, ground

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Drain the canned peaches and reserve the syrup; set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, packaged vanilla pudding mix, melted butter, egg, and milk. Beat well until smooth. Pour the mixture into a greased 8 or 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Arrange the drained peaches on top of the batter, spreading them out to the edges.
  4. In another bowl, cream together the cream cheese, 0.5 cups of white sugar, and 3 tablespoons of the reserved peach syrup. Spoon this mixture carefully over the peaches, spreading it to the edges.
  5. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of white sugar and the ground cinnamon evenly over the top of the pie.
