Ingredients
- 1 - 16 Ounces (oz) package linguine pasta, packaged
- 0.5 - Cups red onion, sliced
- 3 - Teaspoons (tsp) garlic powder
- 0.25 - Cups olive oil
- 3 - Cups milk
- 2 - Teaspoons (tsp) fresh parsley, minced
- 0.5 - Cups green bell pepper, minced
- 0.5 - Cups red bell pepper, minced
- 0.5 - Cups broccoli florets
- 0.5 - Cups carrots, julienned
- 1 - Cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 - Cups canned shrimp, drained
- 1 - Cups crab meat, drained
- 1 - Pound (lb) scallops
- 2 - Tablespoons (tbsp) all-purpose flour
- 1 - Pinch salt, to taste
- 1 - Pinch ground black pepper, to taste
Steps
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the linguine pasta and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the red onion and garlic powder until the onion becomes translucent.
- Add the milk to the skillet and cook until bubbles form around the edges.
- Stir in the fresh parsley, green and red bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, shrimp, crab, and scallops. Mix until well combined.
- Remove 0.5 cups of milk from the skillet and mix with the flour in a small bowl until smooth. Return the mixture to the skillet and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Season the sauce with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
- Pour the seafood sauce over the drained linguine noodles. Serve warm and enjoy
