  • 1 Small sugar pumpkin, peeled
  • 1 Pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 Pinch pepper, to taste
  • 0.5 Cups (cups) all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 Cups (cups) butter, melted

Steps

  1. Cut the pumpkin in half and remove the seeds, pith, and outer skin. Cut the pumpkin into 2x3 inch pieces.
  2. Place half of the pumpkin pieces (2 to 3 pounds) in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then add the flour and stir to evenly coat the pumpkin pieces.
