- 1 14.5 Ounce (oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 12 Ounce (oz) jar beef gravy
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) dried thyme leaves
- 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) kosher salt
- 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) freshly ground black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) Worcestershire sauce

- 1 24 Ounce (oz) package Simply Potatoes® Mashed Potatoes, packaged
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) unsalted butter, melted
- 0.5 Cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 2.5 to 3-quart casserole baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and minced onion until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the drained green beans, drained corn, drained tomatoes, beef gravy, thyme, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste. Cook the mixture until it is heated through and well combined.
- Transfer the beef and vegetable mixture into the prepared casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
- In a separate bowl, mix the packaged Simply Potatoes® Mashed Potatoes with the melted butter and shredded cheddar cheese. Spread this mixture evenly over the beef layer in the casserole dish.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the edges are bubbly.
