Ingredients
- 3 Cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 14 Ounces (oz) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 Pinch salt, to taste
- 0.75 Cups nuts, chopped
- 1.5 Teaspoons (tsp) vanilla extract
Steps
- In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk and a pinch of salt. Stir continuously until smooth.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the chopped nuts (if using) and vanilla extract.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a wax-paper-lined 8- or 9-inch square pan.
- Chill the fudge in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until firm.
