  • 1.25 Cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 0.25 Cup white sugar
  • 0.25 Cup butter, softened
  • 8 Ounces (oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 Cup white sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Cup heavy whipping cream

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a bowl, combine 1.25 cups of chocolate cookie crumbs, 0.25 cup of sugar, and 0.25 cup of butter. Press this mixture into a 9-inch pie plate to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Once done, let it cool on a wire rack.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, peanut butter, 1 cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon of butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
