Ingredients

  • 5 Ounces (oz) boneless pork loin chop
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) onion salt
  • 1 Pinch cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 1 Pinch black pepper, to taste
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) vegetable oil
  • 12 Inch flour tortilla
  • 3 Tablespoons (tbsp) salsa
  • 0.5 Cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps

  1. Season the pork chop with onion salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the pork chop to the skillet and cook until lightly browned on both sides, about 4 minutes per side.
  4. Cut the pork chop into 1/4 inch strips, return to the skillet, and cook until no longer pink.
  5. Smear the center of the tortilla with salsa and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
  6. Place the pork strips on top of the cheese and roll the tortilla up into a wrap.
