- 4 Ounces (oz) spaghetti
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) peanut butter
- 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) honey
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) tamari
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) Thai chili sauce
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) sesame oil
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) ginger, ground
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
- 1 Green onion, minced
- 2 Teaspoons (tsp) sesame seeds
Steps
- Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once boiling, add the spaghetti and return to a boil. Cook the pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, until al dente, about 12 minutes. Drain well in a colander set in the sink.
- Melt the peanut butter in a large microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl for 15 to 20 seconds, depending on your microwave.
