  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) peanut butter
  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) honey
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) tamari
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) Thai chili sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) sesame oil
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) ginger, ground
  • 1 Clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Green onion, minced
  • 2 Teaspoons (tsp) sesame seeds

Steps

  1. Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once boiling, add the spaghetti and return to a boil. Cook the pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, until al dente, about 12 minutes. Drain well in a colander set in the sink.
  2. Melt the peanut butter in a large microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl for 15 to 20 seconds, depending on your microwave.
  3. Whisk the honey, tamari, and chili sauce into the melted peanut butter. Stir in the sesame oil and ground ginger.
