- 0.5 Cups corn kernels
- 0.5 Cups fresh green beans, sliced
- 0.5 Whole carrot, diced
- 0.25 Cups water
- 0.5 Teaspoons (tsp) turmeric, ground
- 1.5 Tablespoons (tbsp) black pepper, ground
- 0.25 Cups roasted cashews
- 0.25 Cups cilantro, minced
Steps
- Heat the corn oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the onion, garlic, red bell pepper, and whole cloves. Sauté until the onion is softened and begins to brown, about 10 minutes.
