  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) olive oil
  • 0.5 Cups olive oil
  • 4 8 Ounces (oz) flat iron steaks
  • 1 Pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 Pinch ground black pepper, to taste

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Arrange the garlic cloves on a baking sheet and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
