  • 6 Cloves garlic, peeled
  • 0.25 Cups (cup) olive oil
  • 7 Whole baking potatoes, peeled
  • 0.5 Cups (cup) milk
  • 0.25 Cups (cup) Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) butter
  • 0.5 Teaspoons (tsp) salt
  • 0.25 Teaspoons (tsp) black pepper, ground

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place the peeled garlic cloves in a small baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, cover, and bake for 45 minutes, or until the garlic is golden brown.
  3. In a large pot, bring lightly salted water to a boil. Add the peeled baking potatoes and cook until they are tender but still firm. Drain the potatoes and transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the roasted garlic, milk, Parmesan cheese, and butter to the bowl with the potatoes. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
  5. Use an electric mixer to beat the mixture to your desired consistency. Serve warm and enjoy!
