  • 100 3.5 Inch square wonton wrappers
  • 1.75 Pounds (lb) ground pork
  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) fresh ginger root, minced

  • 4 Tablespoons (tbsp) soy sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons (tbsp) sesame oil
  • 1 Large egg, whisked
  • 5 Cups Chinese cabbage, shredded

Steps
