Ingredients

  • 1 Pound (lb) cooked ham, cubed
  • 2 14.75 Ounces (oz) cans creamed corn
  • 7 Medium potatoes, mashed
  • 0.25 Cup (cup) butter, divided
  • 1 Cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 Medium onion, minced

  • 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) black pepper
  • 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) kosher salt

Steps

  4. In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes with half of the butter, minced parsley, black pepper, and kosher salt. Mash until smooth and creamy.

  6. Place the casserole dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
