- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) dried oregano
- 16 Ounces (oz) mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 12 Ounces (oz) cottage cheese
- 0.5 Cups Parmesan cheese, grated
- 12 Ounces (oz) lasagna noodles, packaged
Steps
- Gather all ingredients.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the meat is browned.
- Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt, and oregano to the skillet. Stir until well combined and heated through.
- In a large bowl, stir together mozzarella, cottage cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
