- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) dried parsley
- 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) tomato paste
- 2 Whole garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) salt
- 0.5 Cups elbow macaroni
- 0.5 Cups Parmesan cheese, grated
