Ingredients

  • 15 Ounces whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 2 Whole eggs, whisked
  • 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.25 Cup white sugar
  • 0.5 Cup butter, melted
  • 0.5 Cup white sugar
  • 0.5 Cup water
  • 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, 2 tablespoons of flour, baking powder, and 0.25 cups of sugar.
  3. Add the drained corn to the mixture and pour it into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine the butter, 0.5 cups of sugar, water, and 2 tablespoons of flour. Cook over medium heat until the mixture is clear.
  6. Once the corn pudding is baked, remove it from the oven and pour the butter and sugar mixture over the top.
