- 1 Medium tomato, sliced
- 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) Parmesan cheese, grated
- 0.5 Teaspoons (tsp) kosher salt
- 0.25 Teaspoons (tsp) black pepper, ground
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) lemon, zested
- 1 Clove garlic, minced

- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly coat it with cooking spray or a thin layer of olive oil.
