- 10.5 Ounces (oz) can condensed cream of chicken and mushroom soup
- 8 Ounces (oz) package garlic and herb cream cheese
- 3 Cups cooked, diced chicken meat, marinated
- 1/3 Cup buttermilk
- 8 Ounces (oz) fresh carrots, peeled
- 8 Ounces (oz) frozen peas, thawed
- 1 Small yellow onion, minced
- 2 9 Inch pie crusts, thawed
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) fresh thyme, minced
- 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) kosher salt
- 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) black pepper, ground
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the condensed soup and garlic and herb cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the marinated chicken, buttermilk, minced onion, peeled carrots, and thawed peas. Season with minced thyme, salt, and ground pepper.
