- 4 Tablespoons (tbsp) unsalted butter, melted
- 0.25 Cups yellow onion, minced
- 1 6 Ounces (oz) can crab meat, drained
- 0.25 Cups cream cheese
- 1 Large egg, whisked
- 1 Cups fresh bread crumbs, divided
- 0.25 Cups Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) fresh parsley, minced
- 0.5 Teaspoons (tsp) kosher salt
- 0.25 Teaspoons (tsp) black pepper, ground
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) lemon, zested

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with 0.5 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Chop enough stems to yield one cup. Brush the mushroom caps with the remaining olive oil.
