- 2 Whole onions, divided

- 2 Stalks celery, sliced
- 1 Cup fresh dill weed, divided

- 2 Tablespoons chicken cracklings (grebenes), minced
- 2 Large eggs, whisked
- 0.5 Cups matzo meal
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 0.25 Cups vegetable broth
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Stuff the chicken cavity with one onion, half of the dill, and a pinch of salt.
