  • 10 Whole cherry tomatoes, divided
  • 0.5 Cups vegetable broth
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh dill, minced
  • 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) lemon pepper
  • 0.25 Teaspoon (tsp) garlic powder
  • 0.25 Teaspoon (tsp) onion powder
  • 1 Pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 Pinch ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 Slices lemon
  • 2 Slices onion, sliced
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) butter

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Layer the spinach on the bottom of a 2-quart baking dish.
