Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds (lb) beef tenderloin, tenderized
  • 1 Whole onion, minced
  • 0.125 Cups fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) salt
  • 1 Pinch ground black pepper, to taste

Steps

  1. Cut the beef into 1x1/2-inch cubes and place them in a large bowl. Add the minced onion, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure the beef is evenly coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight to marinate.
  2. Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat and lightly oil the grate to prevent sticking.
  3. Thread the marinated beef onto skewers, placing 6 to 8 pieces per skewer. Discard any excess marinade.
  4. Grill the beef skewers on the preheated grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side, totaling 12 to 16 minutes. Ensure the beef reaches an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C) for safe consumption. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
