- 0.67 - 18 Ounces (oz) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough, packaged
- 1 - 10 Ounces (oz) package cinnamon chips, packaged
- 3 - 8 Ounces (oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 0.75 - Cups sugar
- 1 - Teaspoon (tsp) pumpkin pie spice
- 1 - Teaspoon (tsp) vanilla extract
- 1 - Cup canned solid-pack pumpkin, packaged
- 3 - Whole eggs
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Pat the sugar cookie dough into a 9x13 inch baking dish to cover the bottom. Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon chips.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the crust is lightly browned, about 12 to 14 minutes.
