Ingredients

  • 2 8 Ounces (oz) packages refrigerated crescent rolls, packaged
  • 1 Cup sour cream
  • 1 8 Ounces (oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1 Ounce (oz) package ranch seasoning mix, packaged
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) dried dill weed
  • 0.25 Teaspoon (tsp) garlic salt
  • 1.5 Cups fresh broccoli, chopped
  • 0.5 Cup radishes, sliced
  • 1 Small onion, minced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, minced
  • 1 Carrot, grated
  • 1 Stalk celery, sliced

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 15x10-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Press crescent roll dough into the prepared pan to form a crust. Let stand for 5 minutes, then pierce with a fork.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until the dough is fully cooked and golden brown, about 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
  4. In a medium mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, dill, and garlic salt. Spread the mixture on top of the cooled crust.
  5. Arrange broccoli, radishes, onion, bell pepper, carrot, and celery on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Cover and let chill for 1 to 2 hours. Cut the chilled pizza into 16 squares to serve.
