  • 0.5 Cups white wine
  • 5 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Teaspoon fresh rosemary, divided
  • 4 4 Ounces (oz) swordfish steaks
  • 0.25 Teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 Teaspoons black pepper, ground
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 Slices lemon, sliced

Steps

  1. In an 8-inch square baking dish, combine the white wine, minced garlic, and 1 teaspoon of rosemary. Sprinkle the swordfish steaks with salt and pepper, then place them in the dish, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice, olive oil, and the remaining teaspoon of rosemary. Set aside.
  3. Preheat a grill to medium heat.
  4. Remove the fish from the marinade and place it on a paper towel-lined dish. Discard the marinade. Lightly oil the grill grate to prevent sticking.
