Ingredients

  • 0.5 Cups unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 Cup self-rising flour
  • 1 Cup white sugar
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 2 16 Ounces cans sliced peaches, drained

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the self-rising flour, sugar, and milk until well combined and no lumps remain.
  3. Pour the melted butter into a 2-quart baking dish or a 9- or 10-inch cast iron skillet.
  4. Pour the flour-milk mixture over the melted butter in the baking dish.
