- 1 Pound (lb) lean ground beef
- 0.5 Cups onion, minced
- 0.25 Cups green bell pepper, minced
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
- 14.5 Ounces (oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 6 Ounces (oz) tomato paste, packaged
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) white sugar
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) oregano, dried
- 1 Cup cottage cheese
- 0.5 Cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, softened butter, Parmesan cheese, and whisked eggs. Mix well.
- Press the spaghetti mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate to form a crust.
