  • 1 Pound (lb) lean ground beef
  • 0.5 Cups onion, minced
  • 0.25 Cups green bell pepper, minced
  • 1 Clove garlic, minced
  • 14.5 Ounces (oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 6 Ounces (oz) tomato paste, packaged
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) white sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) oregano, dried
  • 1 Cup cottage cheese
  • 0.5 Cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, softened butter, Parmesan cheese, and whisked eggs. Mix well.
