  • 2 Teaspoons (tsp) curry powder
  • 2 Teaspoons (tsp) tandoori masala
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) garam masala
  • 10 Green cardamom pods
  • 1 14 Ounces (oz) can coconut milk
  • 1 Cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 Pinch salt, to taste
