Ingredients
- 6 Cups water
- 3 Cups long grain white rice, uncooked
- 3 Tablespoons (tbsp) cooking oil, divided
- 2 Large eggs, whisked
- 0.5 Whole onion, minced
- 1 Whole green onion, minced
- 4 Ounces (oz) smoked salmon, minced
- 0.5 Cups frozen peas
- 1 Pinch salt, to taste
- 1 Pinch freshly ground pepper, to taste
Steps
- Pour water into a saucepan; add rice and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer until rice is tender and water is absorbed, about 20 minutes. Set aside.
