- 1 Cup water
- 5 Ounces (oz) stewed tomatoes
- 0.125 Cups onion, minced
- 2 Stalks celery, minced
- 0.25 Teaspoon (tsp) curry powder
- 3 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Pinch salt, to taste
- 1 Pinch ground black pepper, to taste
Steps
- Combine the dry lentils and water in a pot and bring to a boil.
