  • 1.25 Cups white sugar
  • 0.5 Cups unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 Cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 Ounces (oz) unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) strong coffee
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) vanilla extract
  • 0.33 Cups coconut flakes

Steps

  6. Roll each ball in the coconut flakes until fully coated.
  7. The balls are ready to eat immediately, or you can refrigerate them for about 2 hours to allow them to become firmer.
