  • 2 Whole sweet potatoes
  • 1 Whole jalapeño pepper, minced
  • 0.25 Cups butter, softened
  • 0.25 Cups orange juice, fresh
  • 1 Tablespoon cilantro, chopped

  • 1 Pinch cracked black pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, melted

Steps
