Ingredients

  • 10.75 Ounces (oz) can condensed cream of potato soup
  • 15 Ounces (oz) can mixed vegetables, drained
  • 0.5 Cups milk
  • 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) dried thyme
  • 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) black pepper, ground
  • 2 9 Inches (inch) frozen prepared pie crusts, thawed
  • 1 Whole egg, whisked

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the condensed cream of potato soup, drained mixed vegetables, milk, dried thyme, and ground black pepper until well combined.
  3. Spoon the prepared filling into the bottom pie crust. Place the top crust over the filling, crimping the edges to seal. Make a few slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape. Brush the top with the whisked egg for a golden finish, if desired.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
