  • 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) salt
  • 4 Whole hamburger buns, divided

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, 0.5 cups of coconut, 0.25 cups of cilantro, egg, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of cream of coconut, soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix until well combined. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties and set aside.
