  • 2 Whole mangoes, peeled
  • 2 Whole peaches, sliced
  • 4 Whole tomatoes, minced
  • 1 Whole white onion, minced
  • 1 Whole red bell pepper, minced
  • 1 Whole yellow bell pepper, minced
  • 1 Cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 1 Cup fresh cilantro, torn
  • 0.75 Cup water
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) white sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) lime juice
  • 1 Small jalapeño pepper, minced
  • 1 Clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) salt

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the peeled mangoes, sliced peaches, minced tomatoes, white onion, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, diced pineapple, and torn cilantro.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix together the water, white sugar, lime juice, minced jalapeño, minced garlic, and salt until the sugar and salt are dissolved.
  3. Pour the liquid mixture over the fruit and vegetable mixture. Stir gently until all ingredients are well combined.
