- 2 Whole mangoes, peeled
- 2 Whole peaches, sliced
- 4 Whole tomatoes, minced
- 1 Whole white onion, minced
- 1 Whole red bell pepper, minced
- 1 Whole yellow bell pepper, minced
- 1 Cup diced fresh pineapple
- 1 Cup fresh cilantro, torn
- 0.75 Cup water
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) white sugar
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) lime juice
- 1 Small jalapeño pepper, minced
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) salt
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the peeled mangoes, sliced peaches, minced tomatoes, white onion, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, diced pineapple, and torn cilantro.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the water, white sugar, lime juice, minced jalapeño, minced garlic, and salt until the sugar and salt are dissolved.
