Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds (lb) ground beef
  • 6 Medium onions, minced
  • 2 Whole red bell peppers, seeded
  • 2 16 Ounces (oz) cans stewed tomatoes, packaged
  • 2 15.5 Ounces (oz) cans kidney beans, packaged

Steps

  1. Heat a large Dutch oven over high heat until hot. Add the ground beef and cook until barely pink, stirring constantly to break it into small pieces.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy the sweet and savory flavors of this unique chili.
