- 0.5 Fresh poblano pepper, minced

- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) honey
- 3 Tablespoons (tbsp) dark molasses
- 0.33 Cup packed brown sugar
- 1 6 Ounces (oz) can tomato paste
- 0.5 Cup apple cider vinegar
- 0.25 Cup Marsala wine
- 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) crushed red pepper flakes
- 0.75 Teaspoon (tsp) garlic powder
- 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) ground cumin
- 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) dried oregano
- 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) liquid smoke flavoring
- 1 Pinch salt, to taste
- 1 Pinch pepper, to taste
Steps
