- 12 Prepared crisp taco shells

- 1 Whole fresh lime, juiced

- 1 Pinch black pepper, to taste
- 12 7 Inch flour tortillas
- 2 Cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 Cup shredded lettuce
- 1 Large tomato, minced
- 0.25 Red onion, minced
- 0.5 Cups sour cream

- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with 3/4 of the taco seasoning packet. Stir and break up the meat until browned and crumbly, about 10 to 15 minutes. Drain excess grease.
- In a small saucepan, mash the refried beans with water and the remaining taco seasoning. Heat over low until simmering.
