- 2 Pounds (lbs) chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless, divided
- 2 Whole onions, divided
- 1 Large green bell pepper, divided
- 1 Cup (cup) fresh flat-leaf parsley, torn
Steps
- In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, vegetable oil, minced garlic, tomato paste, salt, oregano, black pepper, allspice, cinnamon, and cardamom.
