  • 1 Pound (lb) scallops
  • 0.5 Tablespoons (tbsp) salt
  • 0.25 Teaspoons (tsp) red pepper flakes, ground
  • 0.5 Teaspoons (tsp) lime zest, zested
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) lime juice
  • 4 Large oranges, peeled
  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) cilantro, minced

Steps

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the red bell pepper, green onions, and garlic. Cook, stirring for 1 minute.
  2. Add the scallops, salt, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Cook until the scallops are opaque and the red bell pepper is tender, about 4 to 6 minutes.
