Medical and Nutrition Disclaimer
Last updated: August 4, 2026
easyChef Pro is not a healthcare provider. The app does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing it produces is a substitute for advice from your physician, a registered dietitian, or another qualified healthcare professional.
What easyChef Pro is
easyChef Pro is a nutrition and meal-planning tool. It calculates and organizes food information so you can make your own decisions. It is not a medical device, it is not a clinical decision-support system, and it has not been evaluated or approved by any regulatory health authority for the diagnosis or treatment of any condition.
Health scores and estimates are informational
Health scores, nutrition figures, calorie estimates, macro targets, health-per-dollar ratios, meal plans, spoilage predictions, and any health-related recommendation are informational estimates. They are calculated from the data available to the app and from third-party nutrition sources.
Any percentage or numeric figure describing accuracy or expected outcome is an estimate rather than a guarantee, and individual results and accuracy vary. Nutrition values in particular depend on the specific product, brand, portion, preparation method, and the accuracy of the source data.
Do not delay professional advice
Do not disregard, avoid, or delay obtaining advice from a qualified healthcare professional because of something you read or saw in easyChef Pro. If you have a health question, ask a professional.
Speak to a professional before relying on the app
You should seek individualized professional guidance before relying on easyChef Pro if any of the following apply to you:
- You have a diagnosed medical condition, including diabetes, kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, or a metabolic condition.
- You have a food allergy, intolerance, or sensitivity, including a severe or anaphylactic allergy.
- You are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding.
- You have, are recovering from, or are at risk of an eating disorder or disordered eating. Calorie and macro targets are not appropriate for everyone, and tracking can be harmful for some people.
- You take medication that interacts with food or nutrients, such as anticoagulants, MAO inhibitors, or medication requiring consistent vitamin K or potassium intake.
- You follow a therapeutic or specialized diet prescribed or supervised by a clinician.
- You are planning nutrition for a child or infant.
Allergens and food safety
Never rely on easyChef Pro to determine whether a food is safe for you. Ingredient and allergen data can be incomplete or out of date, and formulations change without notice. Always read the product label and follow standard food-safety practice for storage, handling, and cooking temperatures. Spoilage predictions are estimates and are not a determination that food is safe to eat -- if you have any doubt about a food, discard it.
Emergencies
easyChef Pro is not an emergency service and is not monitored. Do not use it to report or manage a medical emergency. If you think you are having a medical emergency, including a severe allergic reaction, contact your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
