Air Fryer Bacon-Wrapped Scallops with Sriracha Mayo

Bite-size bay scallops are wrapped in smoky, crisp bacon and air-fried until juicy inside, then paired with a tangy, spicy Sriracha mayo for dipping. The contrast of salty bacon, tender scallops, and a touch of heat makes this a standout small bite. Serve Air Fryer Bacon-Wrapped Scallops with Sriracha Mayo as a fast appetizer for gatherings or a savory starter before dinner.

Air Fryer Bacon-Wrapped Scallops with Sriracha Mayo
  1. 1

Stir together the mayonnaise and Sriracha in a small bowl until fully mixed. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  2. 2

Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  3. 3

Lay the scallops on a plate or cutting board and pat them dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper. Wrap each scallop with 1/3 slice of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.

  4. 4

Coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the bacon-wrapped scallops in a single layer in the basket; cook in 2 batches if needed.

  5. 5

Air fry in the preheated air fryer for 7 minutes. Check for doneness; the scallops should be opaque and the bacon crispy. If needed, cook 1 to 2 minutes more, checking every minute. Carefully remove the scallops with tongs and set them on a paper towel-lined plate to blot excess bacon fat. Serve with the Sriracha mayo.
