Homemade Whole Wheat Tortilla Wraps

    In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and baking powder. Pour in the water and stir to combine. Add more water in 1-tablespoon amounts until a soft, pliable dough forms.

    Knead the dough briefly on a lightly floured surface. Divide the dough into 16 equal portions. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes.

    Generously flour each dough ball, place it between two sheets of wax paper, and roll out to your desired size and thickness.

    Heat an ungreased skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. Remove the wax paper and cook the rounds until brown flecks appear on the underside. Flip and cook the other side. Serve warm, or cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
