In a very large pot over medium-high heat, stir together the papaya, orange juice, and pectin until it starts to boil, stirring constantly as it heats. When it boils, stir in the sugar and bring it back to a boil, stirring constantly. Once the jam returns to a boil, start a timer and boil for exactly 1 minute.
