Regular Crêpes are thin, tender pancakes with delicately crisp edges and a lightly sweet, buttery flavor. They’re perfect for filling with jam, fresh fruit, ice cream, or classics like Cherries Jubilee and crêpes Suzette—ideal for brunch, dessert, or a special breakfast spread.

- 1
Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into a large bowl. Stir in the milk, butter, and vanilla. Add the eggs and mix until smooth.
- 2
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using about 1/4 cup for each crêpe. Tilt the pan in a circular motion so the batter spreads to coat the surface evenly.
- 3
Cook the crêpe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen it with a spatula, flip, and cook the other side.
- 4
Stack the finished crêpes with wax paper between each one. Keep them covered with a dry cloth until ready to eat.
