In a large pot, combine rhubarb, sugar, raspberries, and lemon juice. Let sit until the sugar starts to dissolve, about 5 minutes. Bring to a boil, then cook, stirring often, for about 15 minutes. Add raspberry-flavored gelatin and stir until dissolved, 1 to 2 minutes. Remove the jam from the heat.
- 2
Pack the jam into hot, sterilized jars, filling to within 1/4 inch of the top. Wipe the jar rims with a moist paper towel to remove any residue. Place the lids on and screw on the rings.
- 3
Set a rack in the bottom of a large stockpot and fill it halfway with water; bring to a boil. Using a holder, place the jars 2 inches apart into the boiling water. Add more boiling water if needed to raise the level to at least 1 inch above the tops of the jars. Bring the water to a rolling boil, cover the pot, and process for 10 minutes.
- 4
Remove the jars from the stockpot and set them on a cloth-covered or wooden surface, spaced several inches apart, until completely cool, about 2 hours. Press the center of each lid with a finger to ensure the seal is tight. Store in a cool, dark place.

How easyChef Pro scores recipes and products
easyChef Pro analyzes up to 41 nutrients using data sourced from USDA and other verified food databases. Its scoring method uses the nutrients relevant to nutrition quality, calorie density, processing level, and your selected health goal. Recipes and food products get a health score from 0 to 100, calculated using consistent rules instead of being estimated by AI. The same nutrition data, serving size and health goal will produce the same result.
The calculation evaluates nutrients, calorie density, processing level, and how well the food supports your selected health goal. Protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals and other beneficial nutrients can strengthen the score. High amounts of sodium, saturated fat, added sugar and other nutrients may lower it.
Your health goal also matters. easyChef Pro evaluates recipes and products across six health areas and adjusts their importance for your selected goal. This means the same food may be a better fit for one health goal than another.
For recipes, changing an ingredient, quantity or serving size changes the nutrition and may change the score. Remix the recipe in easyChef Pro to calculate fresh nutrition and scores for the version you actually make. Product scores are based on the nutrition and serving information associated with that specific product.
