Acorn Squash

Acorn Squash gets roasted until tender, then filled with butter and brown sugar for a warm, caramelized flavor that highlights its natural sweetness. The soft, custardy flesh and glossy, sugary syrup make it a cozy fall side perfect for weeknights or holiday tables. Serve hot alongside roasted meats or hearty grains.
