Chicken Lettuce Cups with Hoisin-Sriracha
  1. 1

Reserve 2 to 3 tablespoons of the green onions for garnish. In a small bowl, combine the remaining green onions, water chestnuts, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, Sriracha, rice vinegar, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.

  2. 2

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir the yellow onion in the hot oil until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the ground chicken, garlic, and sesame oil. Cook and stir until the chicken is crumbly and no longer pink, 5 to 10 minutes.

  3. 3

Add the hoisin mixture to the chicken mixture in the skillet and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

Fill the lettuce leaves with the chicken mixture and top with the reserved green onions.
