Citrus Ice Pops

    Put the orange juice, grapefruit juice, water, lemon juice, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil.

    Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes.

    Let the juice mixture cool, then freeze until very cold, about 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile, mix the yogurt with the strawberries in a bowl and chill in the refrigerator, about 10 minutes.

    Spoon about 1 ½ tablespoons of the juice mixture into 6 pop molds and freeze until solid, 30 to 60 minutes.
