Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- 2
Wrap the garlic heads in foil and set them on a small rimmed baking pan. Place in the oven and cook for 1 hour, or until the garlic is dark golden brown and very soft. Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes, or until cool enough to handle. Squeeze the garlic cloves out of their skins into a small bowl.
- 3
Preheat the grill for two-zone grilling: set half of the grill to medium-high and leave the other half off for indirect heat.
- 4
Stretch and shape the dough into a 14-inch circle and place it on a pizza pan or large tray. Brush one side of the dough with 1 tablespoon oil. Using your hands, move the dough to the direct-heat side of the grill, oiled side down. Do not worry if it becomes slightly misshapen during transfer. Cook for 2 minutes, or until the dough releases from the grates on its own (do not move it before it releases).
- 5
Brush the top of the dough with the remaining 1 tablespoon oil, then use tongs to flip it. Cook for 2 minutes, or until the dough releases from the grates. Continue cooking for 3 to 4 minutes more, or until the dough is firm and has grill marks all over, flipping and rotating often but keeping the grill closed when not flipping.
- 6
Take the dough off the grill and spread it with sauce. Add the chicken, Stella® Mozzarella Cheese, everything bagel seasoning, and roasted garlic cloves.
- 7
Move the pizza back to the grill on the indirect-heat side. Close the grill and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the toppings are heated through and the crust is fully cooked.
- 8
Remove the pizza from the grill and add the spinach. Slice and serve right away.

How easyChef Pro scores recipes and products
easyChef Pro analyzes up to 41 nutrients using data sourced from USDA and other verified food databases. Its scoring method uses the nutrients relevant to nutrition quality, calorie density, processing level, and your selected health goal. Recipes and food products get a health score from 0 to 100, calculated using consistent rules instead of being estimated by AI. The same nutrition data, serving size and health goal will produce the same result.
The calculation evaluates nutrients, calorie density, processing level, and how well the food supports your selected health goal. Protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals and other beneficial nutrients can strengthen the score. High amounts of sodium, saturated fat, added sugar and other nutrients may lower it.
Your health goal also matters. easyChef Pro evaluates recipes and products across six health areas and adjusts their importance for your selected goal. This means the same food may be a better fit for one health goal than another.
For recipes, changing an ingredient, quantity or serving size changes the nutrition and may change the score. Remix the recipe in easyChef Pro to calculate fresh nutrition and scores for the version you actually make. Product scores are based on the nutrition and serving information associated with that specific product.
